Oh my goodness, THIS WEEK. Blaaaaaaaaaah. I have said the following sentence (or variations of it) at least daily since Sunday: "I am in a funk." Never has my current icon applied so well.

I was associating it with Twilight (etc), but I think that's because it hit at the same time I finished Breaking Dawn. I really don't think I got depressed because of the books or the movie. I think it comes down to the joys of womanhood mixed with it being dead week (which means next week is finals). And the cold I have (which I believe came about because hardly sleeping and eating [especially anything nutritious] while rereading the books kicked my immune system's butt in the middle of cold season) doesn't help either. So, yeah. Menstruation, stress, and being sick. WOOHOO! A lacking of happy emotions isn't all that unlikely to follow.

I feel fine when I'm with friends, but when I'm alone or just at home (with just my parents, who aren't all bad or anything, but...not the company I would seek first) I'm blah. Yesterday, I got to hang out with Melissa (and babble about the Twilight books while drinking coffee, heck yeah) and then go see Twilight (for the third time =]) with Victoria. I had a great time during all of that. However, prior to going to Melissa's I felt like something bad was about to happen, like Melissa was gonna cancel or be upset with me or something, and then after I went home from the movie, the crap feeling set back in. It's frustrating. And that lends to the Twilight makes me depressed theory, but I still know that's not the case. I just happen to be super into Twilight during this bad time. But oh well. At least I'm not so bad that I'm depressed while with friends too.
